When using the sliding gantry crane everyday, sometimes we will encounter some problems.
What does reversible and irreversible mean in the translational gantry crane?
Basically, from the perspective of electromagnetic conditions, a DC motor can operate as a motor or a generator in principle, but the constraints are different. Add DC voltage to the two brush ends of the DC motor to input the electric energy into the armature, and the mechanical energy is output from the motor shaft. Drag the production machinery to convert the electric energy into mechanical energy and become a motor. If the prime mover is used to drag the armature of the DC motor without DC voltage, the brush end can lead out DC electromotive force as DC power supply and output electric energy, A motor converts mechanical energy into electrical energy and becomes a generator. The principle that the same motor can operate as a motor or generator. It is called the reversible principle in motor theory.
The translational door motor makes a sound, but the door body does not move
1. When the battery is not installed, the clutch is opened in case of power failure:

Then the door must be stuck,
When you unscrew the key to pull out the clutch lock, you find that the clutch switch cannot be pulled out by force. Solution: lift the door body with a lever or manpower to separate the rack and gear, that is, the manual clutch can be easily opened - converted to manual. (Note: when prying or lifting the door body, do not move too much to prevent the upper slide rail from falling off the door body. It is better for someone to hold the door body).
After manual conversion, please check and eliminate according to the following steps:
(1) Check whether the roller of the running track of the door body is stuck with foreign matters, and clean up the foreign matters on the track.
(2) Check whether the roller is stuck on the mechanical limit of the track, and adjust the limit switch towards the center of the door body.
(3) Check whether the upper slide rail is stuck, adjust the clamping point and lubricate the roller.
(4) When the ground changes, the weight of the door body is fully loaded on the motor, adjust the height of the rack and maintain a gap of 2-3mm between the rack and the gear.
